2. Can I view your vehicles in person? 

Yes.

Contact info@epiclimo.ca or call the office (519-998-2822) and we can arrange a meeting at the Epic Limo office. 

3. What areas does Epic Limo service? 

Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, Cambridge, the Greater Toronto Area, Southwest Ontario, Buffalo, Eastern Michigan, and surrounding areas.

5. How early do I need to reserve limo service? 

It varies depending on vehicle availability and the requested date.

For 24/7 airport service, please contact us as soon as possible.

We try our best to accommodate everyone so please contact our office or email for more information.

6. How many people do your limousines fit? 

Maximum: 16 passengers
Minimum: 1 passenger.

Please see our fleet to view how many people can be seated in each vehicle.

We will accommodate your group based on how many people you have. 

7. What is your cancellation policy?

For social events, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit. There is no penalty for cancelling a ride to the airport.

8. What happens if I forget something in the car? 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

However, if you forgot any items in the car we will be sure to contact you and return the items to you immediately.
